Before Appointment

Helpful Tips for Your Appointment

  • Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before your session to enhance relaxation and recovery.

  • Light Meal or Snack: Eat something light at least an hour before your treatment for optimal comfort.

  • Shaving: If you choose to shave (it’s not required), do so at least 4 hours before your appointment.

  • Communicate Your Preferences: Let us know if you have specific areas you'd like focused on or a preferred pressure level.

  • Room Temperature: Ensure your treatment room is set to a comfortable temperature for maximum relaxation.

  • What to Wear: Don’t stress about clothing. We provide a robe, and you can change in a separate room before the session. However, underwear is required.

  • Comfort and Modesty: You’re in control of your comfort. Feel free to undress to the level you’re comfortable with. For maximum benefit, minimal clothing is ideal, but your modesty will be respected at all times. We use sheets to cover you, exposing only the areas being worked on and re-covering them as we move to different sections of your body.

  • Communicate Your Preferences: Feel free to let us know if there are areas you'd like focused on or if you have a preferred pressure level.

Post-Massage Tips for Recovery

  • Ease Into Your Body: Gently and slowly reawaken your body after the massage, allowing it to adjust.

  • Take Your Time: There’s no rush to get off the massage bed—enjoy the calm for a moment longer.

  • Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins and stay hydrated. It's crucial!

  • Avoid Hot Showers/Baths/Saunas: Give your body time to settle before exposing it to extreme heat for at least an hour.

  • Skip Caffeine & Alcohol: These can dehydrate your body, so avoid them after your treatment.

  • Rest from Strenuous Exercise: Wait at least 24 hours before engaging in any intense physical activity.

  • Listen to Your Body: Pay attention to how your body feels and responds post-treatment.

  • Relax & Unwind: Take it easy and allow your body to fully absorb the benefits of the massage.

  • Embrace Emotions: It’s normal for emotions to surface—let them come and go naturally.

  • Do Light Stretching: Gentle stretching can help maintain flexibility and relieve any remaining tension.

  • Urinate: Helps flush out toxins that were released during the session.
